Welcome to my website.  I use the term “mental wellness” to indicate a state of being when a person can feel satisfaction and enjoy life regardless of her or his obstacles—when a person is able to use her or his strengths and resources to challenge life situations or circumstances.  Through counseling, I support the process of exploration, growth, and change.

We are located on Warner Road between Lindsay and Val Vista.  There is a signal light at Western Skies Drive that leads into our parking lot.

All of the therapists who share the space are separate and independent practitioners.
